Updated January 25, 2025 —–  I’ve been continuing my artistic journey by taking more classes from various teachers at the Scottsdale Artists School. I recently won a 2nd place ribbon in the 2025 Fountain Hills Art Show for “Cotswolds Window”. And I was pleased to be accepted in the Scottsdale Artists’ School Best & Brightest show for “Solitude”. In the “New” tab you will see a tribute to my friend Dale who passed away in the form of an 11 x 14 portrait. Some new works were inspired by our trip to England in Sept 2024. I have enjoyed doing sketches of the places we visit by using pencil and grey scale markers. It serves to cement the memories and they facilitate interesting conversations with people I meet while traveling.
